Delivery It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but generally takes 5- 8 business days within the US and 10-20 business days Internationally.

Will I be charged customs for my order? An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is assessed by your local customs office.

How are your products made? We work with a reliable, high-quality clothing company which helps us print and ship our original designs.

How do I track my order? If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out.

What’s your return policy? We do not offer returns or exchanges, however if there is something wrong with your order, or the product please let us know by contacting us at Roselitt13@gmail.com and we will take care of it right away with no extra cost to you :)

Do you offer refunds? Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color? At this time, we don't offer exchanges.
